Dr. Steven A. Call’s research focuses on facilities workforce planning and education, having published several articles on workforce attrition and succession planning in the healthcare built environment.  He is a member of the editorial committee for the Journal of Facility Management Education & Research and previously served in local leadership positions with the International Facilities Management Association and CoreNet Global.  Dr. Call brings more than a decade of professional experience leading national and multi-national real estate, construction, and facilities programs across healthcare, defense, technology, and manufacturing industries.
