School Mourns Loss of Graduate Architecture Student Dina Williamson

Dina Williamson, a graduate student in the architecture program, passed away April 4, 2015 in a fatal car accident on SR 195 between Pullman and Colfax. Anyone who knew Dina knows she was a wonderful soul and brought so much to the program and the school in such a short time. As an SDC Cougar Family we are all deeply saddened and stunned by this tragic loss.

A candlelight walk and memorial program on April 9 provided the opportunity for faculty, staff, students, friends, and family to share memories of Dina. Read more about Dina in a Daily Evergreen WSU student newspaper article here.

Dina leaves behind a husband and two young sons. A 529 college education fund for Dina and Paul’s kids has been started, and contribution checks can be made out to: “College America” at Chase Bank in Pullman (205 N Grand Ave., Pullman, WA 99163; ATTN: Holly Hunsinger; Vice President – Investments; 509-334-0460).

Donations can also be made to the Dina Williamson Family Fund.
