Miyasaka Honored with ACSA Faculty Design Award

Associate Professor and former architecture program head Taiji Miyasaka was recently honored with an Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture (ACSA) Faculty Design Award for his submission “Learning from the Countryside: Documentation and Design Exploration of Timber Grain Elevators in Eastern Washington.”

The ACSA Faculty Design Award provides a venue for work that advances the reflective nature of practice and teaching by recognizing and encouraging outstanding work in architecture and related environmental design fields as a critical endeavo.
