Every year, the Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) offers a variety of environmental service projects for students, faculty, and staff as part of Earth Day. The School of Design + Construction has partnered with the CCE to help sponsor this year’s keynote speaker Alex Steffen.
Steffen is an American futurist who writes and speaks about sustainability and the future of the planet.

We are honored to feature the works of Stephanie Bower, international award-winning architectural illustrator, whose inspiring watercolor images challenge the traditional definition of observational drawings. Spanning landscape architecure, architecture and interior design, her research-infused images serve as meaningful learning opportunities as well as beautiful documents of her travel experiences.
Stephanie’s work is currently on display in the Carpenter Hall gallery through April 16. A sketching workshop will also take place April 18-19. See “Drawing To Learn” for more information.
